THINGS THAT MAKE LIFE BETTER (PART 1)

I used to feel scared at the thought of getting older. Now, I’m ready to not only embrace it, but recognize that there is so much more life to live. My 20s have been some of the most rewarding years of my life. It’s bittersweet, but I truly believe the best is yet to come. Things that make life better


1. Supplements have been instrumental in my health journey. I use @liquidiv to get more sodium in my diet with helps with hydration. This is my favorite flavor! 2. I’ve had a long journey with my natural hair. I’ve been loving @livingproofinc and have been using in for the past month. Check out the product here. 3. Journaling has been a constant in my life. I use it as a way to express myself & learn about my emotions. I use my @papier planner everyday! 4. I’ll be honest, I still haven’t done a deep clean of the fridge since moving in!! Thankfully, I keep it tidy but my plan is to deep clean it once a month! I use @seventhgeneration cleaning products to clean the fridge and most surfaces in the apartment. See here for the product.

5. I vacuum every few days. After being out of town for a week, I decided to vacuum the whole apartment. I love my @dyson vacuum. When I got my apartment this year, I promised myself to make this investment. Here’s the vacuum I got.

6. Taking intentional time to relax is very important to me & what I am prioritizing this year. I love my living room set up: candles, couch, and my blanket. All these items are in my “apartment items” section found here. I’m rewatching @mindyprojecthulu & remembering how funny it is! It’s 6 seasons long, and a breeze to watch. 7. Cooking most of my meals is a staple for me. Specifically after a day of travel, I wanted to keep it simple. I went to whole foods & grabbed a fixed plate (pretty reasonable prices & good selection)! Another few items I picked up today were a turmeric shot & a @drinkpoppi soda. The raspberry rose flavor is the best)! Here is the perfect 12-pack size. Subsequently for added protein, I like to eat a @barebells.usa bar. The cookie dough flavor is so good! It tastes like a dessert. This is the one!
